I'm in mourning. My manager called and told me, "It looks bad when you sit and knit. It gives the wrong appearance." Yeah, I guess the guys who sit next to me and play sudoku are okay. Well they might have been if I hadn't bitched about it to him. I verified if it was okay to knit during my breaks and lunch. It is as long as it's "clearly off duty" time. So I lock the computers and knit. Now during these long hour glass times I'm clearly at a loss of what to do. It's hard not to scream at the system. "Hurry up!" I'm going to be crazy by the time I move on.
I did turn the heel and start the gussett of the socks. I was really upset today, didn't get as much knitting done as I would have liked.
