Instead of making several broad sweeping resolutions, I've decided to make 52 weeks of goals. Simple attainable goals. Last week it was no eating from the vending machines. (Failed on Thursday.) This week's is four days of gym.
Oh yea, that's what the gym feels like.

I don't bother with resolutions either, but I like the idea of weekly goals.
That takes the "Resolutions" elephant and reduces it to bite-sized pieces. Great idea. Only - how about daily goals? Four days at the gym would kill me right now.
What a good idea. I may steal it. And I wonder why zombies don't attack in the winter?
I agree with everyone else- that's a really great idea! Good luck with the gym resolution this week.
I like that idea... I've got a new little calendar... maybe I'll try that one out on it! Nice socks!
