Time to Stop

My arm is starting to ache, so it's time to stop knitting. Today I've managed to make a grand total of an hour. So overall, it is getting better.

Does heating it help at all... I am not sure they make one for the elbow, but those disposable heating pads to work. I use them on my back and shoulder when I do stupid stuff to get hurt...

No good to hear about your arm aching, but glad to know that it is getting better. Take care of yourself, and have a great holiday weekend.

It really sucks when the injury that keeps you down ALSO keeps you from knitting!

Glad to hear that your arm is slowly getting better. An hour of knitting is an improvement.

My daughter Nicole has always thought pigeons were for chasing so she could make their fat asses fly. It seems only logical Havoc would want to chase the ducks :-)

Old Irish toast - "Good cess to your elbow!" Not sure what it means, but I know it's benign.

This getting older is the pits. More things break and everything takes longer to heal. But heal it will in time, and at least you can still use it a bit.
