Let the Good Times Roll....

It never fails. I'll be waiting forever for my page to up date. While I'm waiting, I go try to read a blog. It comes up, before the blog I'm pulling up opens. It never fails. I have a ton of stuff I need to get done, now it's dragging. I want to scream. I want it to work right. Maybe it's face ripping time. No, not faces, but electron ripping time. I'll knit those electrons into something workable. I don't have fragging 20 minutes to wait around. (I'm thinking the database is going to crash and burn. Things will be fun.)

Second verse, same as the first. Day two of the database lagging. Its sad, a co-worker opened a ticket. The IT guys sent a reply stating it's working within parameters. Mind you, the e-mail was sent about four hours after the problem. It doesn't take a rocket scienetist to figure out what's going on. Update: it took 45 minutes to publish. They sent out an e-mail stating intermediate connectivity issues. Oh please. it's more then intermediate issues. The thing isn't working. I think I should threaten them with knitting.

I've started the sweater. I have found someone who has the same wrist (not waist) size as I need. I'm debating if I should post pictures. That would involve going out side, and the day star burns. it burns! What the heck, I'll post my wips. Should be a lot of fun, tomorrow.

To the tune of 'Henry the VIII I am.'

I'm the data crunching knitter I am,
Data-crunching knitter I am I am,
I've been knitting with the 'puter next door,
It's been knitting, seven times before,
And every time was a data crash (data crash!)
It wasn't a virus or a spam...
It's the seventh data crash I'm knitting through...
The data-crunching knitter I am I am,
The data-crunching knitter I am...
