A double knit pot holder (RAV)

The other side, the yellow doesn't look as good as the blue side does. By the end, I was doing pretty good.

Last week, Baby Bird, Eldest and I went to a paint your own ceramic's place, mine:

The Eldest's bank

And Baby Bird's bowl

Double knitting fascinates me. It looks like magic. One day I'm going to try it just for kicks.
I used to paint ceramics with my social rehab group. The center owned a kiln and we used to take the products from greenware through finished. It was very satisfying. I lovelove your penguin.
The ceramics look like a fun family project. They all came out really cute.
