On March 18, 2008 the yellow cabled sweater was reported missing. Sources close to the sleeves stated YCS had a habit of staying out late, trying new stitches, and liked sleeping around with cats.
“It’s shameful,” Carbon commented “I don’t know how something could look so nice, but yet end up not being worked on.”
YCS pictured below follicking on the deck.
"Sleeves grow up so fast," Katia Mississippi 3 YCS' yarn said. "YCS simply misunderstood."
One theory is YCS ran away because it felt Navy Sock was getting all the attention. The knitter has been seen working on the socks everyday, while YCS was languished in timeout.
Another theory is the knitter didn’t like how the YCS was turning out and frogged it. Rumors spread quickly of how the knitter was looking for another pattern to knit up.
YCS is missed by it's relatives Shaker Sweater, Green Sweater, and Blue Sweater.
We may never know, there are a lot of loose ends.

Love the obituary! I should do that for a couple of my projects...
lol! I have a few projects that would fit that scenario!
IT'S ALIVE! IT'S ALIVE!!!
Laughing gently--that was wonderful!
