I’m up at oh god thirty. It’s good practice for next week. After a week off it’s kinda rough getting up early.
It’s a good thing. I have my knitting with me. I really should be working on the mitten, but I am at the point that something isn’t right. So I am avoiding it.
Starting to work on this again. I had to add some stitch markers, I’ll know where the pattern starts.
Me and math this week have not been friends.
I finished my swatch. Now here comes the the tinkering of the numbers to get the pattern to work.

It’s been a while, I’d like to say that I’ve been busy finishing projects. But that’s not the case.
I did finish the yoga bag.
Started the second skein on this bag. Hopefully I’m getting closer to where I need to be.

I’m trying to figure out what breath weapon of rose colored dragon would have. Maybe some type of fire?

I have done this pattern countless times. I’ve had to modify it to add stitches, so it’s a little different.
I shouldn’t have to rip back because I’ve added an extra column of yarn overs. I need to stop looking at the book, and go with what I know.
I have a ton of projects. Stuff I really should be working on. So what do I do? Start a new project.
I finished the first sock. Now looking for the start of the next repeat. I try to match them up the best I can.
I get the best comments about my shopping bags. Today’s was “these are pretty. When did we start selling these?”
I’ve already started modifying the pattern. Adding two repeats of the skulls. A couple of things I figured out, need to unwind yarn at the end of every row. It’s no worse than lace knitting.
Game night knitting is slightly more than half. I should knit more, my watch counts it as steps.

I’ve started the heel flap on his sock. I missed a cable so I had to tink back. Now I’m on track.
I’m at Costco getting tires replaced. Do you know how hard it is to control myself? I should be spending money here. Not knitting.

l ordered a cross-stitch protector. I didn’t realize it was coming from England. She included some candy. Can’t wait to try it.
